Certification Portal Access Levels

The following lists what requirements are necessary for someone to access what they need in the Certification Portal and other NAMI platforms. If you are not sure if you meet the minimum requirement to complete a task, reach out to staff at your NAMI State Organization or NAMI Affiliate. Alliance Staff please note:
- All records must be associated with the correct Affiliate/State Organization
- Those affiliated with State Organizations can complete tasks for their org and the affiliates it governs
- If someone is affiliated with multiple Affiliates, they will need a set of the same records for each organization
