What do I do when program leaders are missing from my 720 dropdown lists?

Program leaders that appear in your dropdown lists when creating an event listing in NAMI 720 are populated from, and directly connected to, your program leaders that are entered into NAMI 360. If any of your program leaders are not appearing in 720 you can follow these steps:

1. Login to NAMI 360, navigate to the "Program Management" tab, and select "Program Leaders" to view the list of your current leaders in 360

   

2. From there, you can search the names of the specific leaders to see which records have been currently entered as well as add new records if any are missing (in order for program leaders to appear in NAMI 720 dropdown lists they will need to have both the Leader Designation and Local Records entered into NAMI 360 for the desired program)

   

3. If your program leader(s) are missing the Leader Designation, Local Records, or both, you can add these in NAMI 360 by following these steps
4. Once the Leader Designation and Local Records entered in 360, the program leader(s) will appear in your NAMI 720 dropdown list for the program entered and associated affiliate (bear in mind, program leaders will only appear within the programs they have leader records to lead, and will not appear in all program leader dropdown lists) this process may take 10-30 minutes for the system to update and reflect the changes made)

If all of the steps listed above are correct and you are still not seeing your full list of program leaders, please send an email to success@nami.org including the name(s) and email(s) of the program leader(s) that are still missing, along with which program they should be appearing under.
