How do I grant access to NAMI 720?
Granting access to NAMI 720 is at the discretion of the NAMI State Organization or NAMI Affiliate. For staff members NAMI 720 access will continue to mirror NAMI 360 access, this means that your NAMI 720 access will be equivalent to the level of NAMI 360 access you currently have. All access to NAMI 360 is managed by your NAMI State Organization or NAMI Affiliate, if you do not currently have access to NAMI 360, please contact the leadership at your affiliate or state so they can assist you.
Your level of access within NAMI 720 will be dependent on the role you currently hold at your NAMI Affiliate or NAMI State Organization:
- If you are current staff at any NAMI Affiliate or NAMI State Organization, or if you have ever had NAMI 360 access and you manage NAMI programs for your NAMI Affiliate or NAMI State Organization, even if you’re also a program leader, your NAMI 720 access will allow you to access, input, and change program listings in 720, as well as access to add and download data reports.
- If you are a current volunteer or program leader at any NAMI Affiliate or NAMI State Organization, your NAMI 720 access will allow you to add data reports and to view the listings where you are listed as a leader, but you cannot edit or create new listings.
If you are in a leadership role at a NAMI State Organization or NAMI Affiliate, you will be able to grant staff members access to NAMI 720 by:
Logging into NAMI 360 and navigating to the "My Organization" dropdown list
- As a general rule of thumb and best practice, you will want to add the individuals role by selecting "Board and Staff" and following these steps
- Grant access to NAMI 360 by selecting "Manage Staff Access" and following these instructions (bear in mind that NAMI 720 access will be equivalent to the level of NAMI 360 access they are granted)
- After the individual has been granted access to 360, you may direct them to follow these instructions to login to NAMI 720
Please note: Due to the limited access within NAMI 720 for those individuals who are volunteers or program leaders, they will be able to use their current nami.org login (the password should match the password used to login to the User Portal) to login to NAMI 720 without the above steps adding NAMI 360 access.
