How do I login to NAMI 720?

Please note: While the login may appear different NAMI 720 access will continue to mirror NAMI 360 access. This means that your NAMI 720 access will be equivalent to the level of NAMI 360 access you currently have.

All access to NAMI 360 is managed by your NAMI State Organization or NAMI Affiliate. If you do not currently have access to NAMI 360, please contact the leadership at your affiliate or state so they can assist you.

After you’ve been granted NAMI 360 access, you may follow the instructions below to login to NAMI 720.

  1. Go to https://720.nami.org/.

  1. Click Login:
    1. If you are Staffer: The new login flow will function the same as the previous login process when clicked
    2. If you are a Program Leader: You will need to use your current nami.org login (your password should match the password used to login to the User Portal)
  2. You will be taken to the NAMI 720 homepage for your corresponding state or affiliate where, depending on your access level, you can access Signature and Non-Signature program listings as well as Reports.

If for any reason you are having trouble with the new login page, and you have previously logged into NAMI 720 in the past, you can navigate to the old login by clicking the “Try old login page” linked below the new login button.



If you chose to navigate back to the old login page, you will login in one of two ways depending on your role/permissions:

  1. Click NAMI Staffer Login: If you are current staff at any NAMI Affiliate or NAMI State Organization, or if you have ever had NAMI 360 access and you manage NAMI programs for your NAMI Affiliate or NAMI State Organization, please login as a NAMI Staffer, even if you’re also a program leader. 720 Staffer Login will allow you to access, input, and change program listings in 720, as well as access to add and download data reports.
  2. Click NAMI Program Leader Login: If you are a current volunteer or program leader at any NAMI Affiliate or NAMI State Organization. 720 Program Leader login will allow you to add data reports and to view the listings where you are listed as a leader, but you cannot edit or create new listings.

Please note: 720 Admin login is only for NAMI National Staff
