How do I make changes to a recurring event series?

As of August 2024, features to edit the schedule of a recurring event series have been temporarily disabled to repair a system error.

To make changes to the schedule of a recurring event series, the current one must first be deleted and a new event should be created with the updated schedule.
You can now delete a recurring series within 720 by choosing one of the following options when deleting an event:
    • "This event" – deletes only the selected event
    • "This and all following events" – deletes the selected event and all future events
    • "All events in the series" – (Not Recommended) deletes all past and future events in the series

Please Note: Deleting completed events will also delete associated reports. To retain your currently entered reports, we recommend selecting one of the two following options: "This event" or "This and all following events."

Once the intended events have been deleted, you can create a new recurring series with the correct schedule.


Outside of the event series schedule changes, you can fully modify or edit any other details within a recurring event series, without having to delete and recreate the series, by following these steps:

  1. Login to NAMI 720
  2. Select the event listing you'd like to edit
  3. Select the blue "Edit" button at the top of the listing

  4. Make edits to the desired details within the event listing
  5. Scroll to the very bottom of the page, and select the blue "Update" button on the bottom right to finalize any changes
