How do I deactivate program leaders who are no longer active at my NSO or Affiliate?

When it comes to program leaders being listed that no longer facilitate programs within your NAMI State Organization or NAMI Affiliate this is something NAMI National would have to do for you at this time:

Please email success@nami.org with the name(s) and email(s) of the program leader(s) you currently need marked as inactive, please include the state/affiliate and if the deactivation is for all programs or for a specific program, and we would be happy to assist you with this process.

Once the deactivation is complete, when logged into NAMI 360, you will notice that you may still see the individuals name(s) listed under your program leaders. To see if your leaders are active or inactive you can reference the righthand column titled "active" to view if the boxed is checked or unchecked. If you wish to view only active (or inactive) program leaders you can click once on the column title and the system will auto-sort all active leaders to the top of your list, if clicked a second time the system will auto-sort all inactive leaders to the top of your list.

Additionally, in the event any deactivated program leaders need reactivation, please email success@nami.org and we would be happy to assist with your program leader reactivation.
