Entering Grant Contact Information
Step 1: Who's Applying for this Alliance Grant
The first step on the Contact Information page is to select the NAMI organization(s) applying for this grant.

To select your organization's name, start typing it in the NAMI Organization Name box. The application will search the database and return NAMI organizations matching your search terms. Select your organization from the drop-down list to proceed.

Model B Affiliates
If Model B Affiliates are eligible for this grant, you will be asked if you're applying on behalf of a Model B Affiliate. If the answer is yes, a second search box will appear for the Model B Affiliate. Similar to the first search, enter some or all of the Model B Affiliate's name in the search box to select the appropriate affiliate.

Step 2: Submitter Information
This should be the person submitting the grant. It will automatically pre-populate with the logged in user's name, title, email, and phone number (if available).

Step 3: Grant Contact
If you're going to be the person managing this grant day-to-day for your organization, please answer Yes to Are you going to be the day-to-day contact for this grant?

If someone else will be managing this grant on a daily basis, please answer No and then enter their contact information.

Step 4: Finance Contact
It's important to us that your finance team receives timely notifications of grant disbursements. For this reason, we ask for the name, title, email and phone of the person managing finances at your organization for this grant.

Step 5: Additional Recipients
If there is anyone else you'd like to copy on grant emails sent via the Alliance Grants Portal, please add their email address here.
