How do I search NAMI 360?
You can search for anything in your NAMI 360 data, such as an individual contact, a report, or a program. The search will bring up any results that are close to what you are searching for. For example, if you search for "Robert", the search results will also include data matching "Bob". The search results page will display all opportunities, accounts, contacts, reports, etc. that may fit your search criteria.
1. There are two search boxes when you first log into NAMI 360 - one in the middle of the NAMI 360 home page, or one in the top right of the screen.
2. When you are on any other page in the system than the home page, you will see a magnifying glass icon in the upper right of the page which will turn into a search box when you click on it.
3. To search for an individual person, you can type their full name, or first or last name, in the search box. Once on the search results page, click on the person's name under the Contacts section to go to their individual contact record.
4. If you search for "bank", you'll see a list of Reports that include the word "bank" in either the name or description. You can click the View More link to view all the search results for that particular section of the system (in this case, Reports)..
